La posologie usuelle est de 2 comprimés par prise, trois fois par jour, en respectant un intervalle minimum de 2 heures entre chaque prise, sans dépasser 6 comprimés par 24 heures.
Les comprimés peuvent être utilisés en relais d'un traitement d'attaque par voie injectable.
Cette présentation n'est pas adaptée aux enfants de moins de 6 ans.
